Originally formed by Kai Roberts and Jackson Couzens after relocating from Manchester to London, Balancing Act have quickly established themselves as one of the most talked-about names in the new wave of British indie and alternative rock. Joined by David Carpenter and Patrick Hanbury, the band has built a reputation for emotionally charged songwriting, cinematic production and explosive live performances that continue to resonate with audiences across the UK and Europe.
Following the release of their debut EP Malice in Tone and the critically praised Tightropes and Limericks, Balancing Act have gained significant momentum through support from BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music, Dork Magazine, DIY and Jack Saunders’ “Future Artists” platform.
